I would like to see Turbo Tim come back but I know he's having more fun now. Good luck in E-town this weekend.
And yes, the ORANGE DARK SIDE SERVER will be in Memphis.

I really hope Tim Meager and crew can make it to the race. Its going to be alot of fun in Tenn. Last year we went the fastest all year in Tenn. Maybe we can set another record in Tenn. It will be hard with the extra 100lbs. Time will tell.

Last I read, you can still have Turbo's. And I still think they are the way to go. If I had the time I would have had one for this 08 season and don't know that I won't put one on for the 09 season.

    Rules?????

Its not a crime to build a car to take advantage of the rules!!!!! So what if the rules were changed to 76mm turbo, would it help? maybe maybe not!! NMCA wants a street race class with 9.00 + cars anyway. would I like to use a 76mm??? Hell Yes!!! But NMCA is not going to change that.

No one said anything about a 76mm turbo. All we asked for was the 72 we had back. With the 72 the best we were was a 8.99 on a perfect track, the 70 at 3500 lbs with different motor combo's and different housings would only go 9 teens on a prefect track, it was not competitive. (And we tried everything.) The nitrous cars are now going 8.70's with no changes at all what does that tell you? If they wanted a 9.0 class then they should of made rule changes for the nitrous cars as well.
