    2012 Series Schedule

Just a little heads-up for all the West Coast Series Competitors, as many of you have noticed the schedule that has been posted for the series contains some real conflicts with other drag racing events in the Southwest. We wanted everyone to know that we are doing everything possible of alleviate these conflicts so that every competitor has the opportunity to compete in as many events as they want, without the need choose one over the other.
Also we want all of you to know we did not create these conflicts when our schedule was put together and posted none of these conflicts existed. It has been created by others bent on the disruption and future of the West Coast Series. It was never our intent to distract from any existing events but add a viable addition to your racing experience and we continue to work towards that end. If that mean we have to alter some dates as a LAST resort we MAY do just that but only as a last resort, after all it is about you the races and giving you as many chance to enjoy your sport.

Some help with the schedule conflict

Guy's you can breath a little easier now. We have received verbal confirmation from ISC/Autoclub Speedway Management that the PSCA event scheduled for June 22-24 conflicting with the Inaugural NMCAwest Flowmaster Drag Racing Series event in Bakersfield will not be held that weekend at Auto Club Dragway. In the interest of the racers, sponsors and all involved, the ISC and Auto Club Dragway management are working with the PSCA to find an alternative date that will work amicably for all entities involved in the positive development of street car racing here on the west coast

Dates without rules are useless. The most important thing to get the NMCA car count is to release a set of rules. Racers are preparing thier cars NOW!

That conflict was of concern to us and we thank you for being proactive so that we can patronize both venues and not have to choose "sides". I would also like to thank the NMCA for making Mustang Madness a part of your venue!

We are getting closer to making a deal on Pomona with a joint effort of the Fairplex and the NHRA this may be announced soon!!!! If it does this will be a barn burner of an event. Most likely will happen mid summer. Stay tuned we are working hard on still having a four race series.
