    Let's Save/Revive the EFI class

Hey guys, I'm trying to get all current and potential EFI racers together to try and reclaim the class! We need to organize a group together and plead our case to the powers that be in a positive manner to try and get the class back! We have no class sponsor for the 2014 season so we are out for this year, however that doesn't mean we are gone for good! I have a post on my Facebook page with over 230 replies, if you are not on my friends list, please send a request to DennyPett OpenComp Racer so we can get this ball rolling!

Please keep this movement as positive as can be, we will always catch more bees with honey than anything else!

    Thanks and Happy Holidays guys!

Come on Denny, copy and paste the link.

I will be happy to support the effort. I think we need something like this as a entry way for those that don't have the older cars. Open Comp is too serious a racer class for it to be the entry.

Sad to hear about the NMCA killing the class.
I ran it in 2012 at BG and really enjoyed it.

I did enjoy the challenge of running a fixed index for the entire race, but if there was one rule change I would like to see (if it is re-born) is that it gets the same tree as the other index based classes (NMC and NSS have a full sportsman tree)

That .500 pro tree scares away potential local racers (in my opinion)
I hard a tough time cutting a good light in my Mustang running the 14.50 index.

    Just my observations.

So do we get prorated membership fees refunded.

Can we slip our heaps into NCC or NMC?
