I would say the answer is No as if it is not on the list than it won't fly, but without a inlet/outlet/inducer diameter spec in the rules, who know what will get stamped on a product or specs changes for a supercharger

    PERMITTED SUPERCHARGERS:
The following part numbers are the only permitted supercharger systems & exact units permitted:
    Procharger– F1C, F1A, F1, F1D, D1, D1X, D1R, P600, D1SC, P1SC, P1SC-2, P1SC-H
    Vortech- YSI, V1, A, B, S-trim, Si-trim, V-3-Si-trim, T trim
    Paxton Novi 2000, 2200R, SN, VR4, 1000
Positive displacement superchargers 3.6 or smaller (i ,Whipple, Kenne Bell, Edelbrock, etc.)
(Copo Camaro 5.3 liter – 4.0 Whipple permitted, see weight adders)

At one time the exact measurement was in the rules but that was a few years ago.

9 out of 10 times if you have to ask if it's legal...............it's probably not!
