You'll notice that Filipowski only had two runs. He was the last car that was left to run his third pass, before the rain began. It was decided among a vote of other True Street racers, that even though he did not get three runs in, Filipowski would still be awarded the win. Indeed a display of great sportsmanship among the True Street crowd.
