A true show of Sportmanship from the Boyz from NY

We would like to thanks Vinny Budano and his team for showing what we consider to be the truest form of sportsmanship. We were scheduled to complete the final round of the BMF Pro Street Shootout in Atlanta, however had some engine difficulties. We were having parts flown in, but would not be available during qualifying. Once Vinny learned this he agreed to move our shootout to Memphis. Other racers may have taken the money and ran, but the Boyz from NY in true competitive spirit want to race.

Thank you Vinny, Scott and team, see you in Memphis

Although, Jon already said it, I would personally like to thank Vinny, and the whole team for their true show of sportsmanship. I am nominating Vinny for Sportman of the year! Thanks again...

These guys are the greatest when it comes to sportsmanship. They are like family to me and everyone at the track knows that I stand by them 100%. Vinny is a true hero to me and this is just one of the examples why.

Vinny is a true hero to my son as well. It is always Vinny this and Vinny that. In fact, when Jeremy won his frist Jr Dragster race he wanted to call 2 people, his grandfather and Vinny. When Vinny returned the call and he got off the phone with him, you couldnt imagine his face and how happy he was.

We were pitted a couple trailers away from Vinny and his crew in April in Columbus and can agree they were a super bunch of guys....They made you feel like we'd been racing together for years....
